[Changes and Suspensions]
If you wish to change the delivery interval for your regular delivery, please let us know by phone or chat at least 10 days before the delivery date (the 1st of each month).
You can skip delivery intervals by up to one month.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please go to "Login" > "My Page" > "Cancel My Subscription" or contact us by phone at least 10 days before your next delivery date.
[Returns and exchanges]
In the case of a defective product or a mistake on our part, we will pay the shipping fee.
If there is any damage such as acid damage during delivery, please contact us immediately. We will send you a new product as soon as possible at our expense. Please check the details below.
