VISION
Creating livestock farming for 100 years from now.
In Japan's livestock industry, management deficits are expanding, there is a lack of successors, and farmers are leaving the industry. We will create and embody a way of livestock farming that will continue for over 100 years.
\\ Three Initiatives //
What We Do
1. Feed production
循環型農業や水耕栽培を活用して、国内で安定した牧草/穀物を生産に取り組んでおります。海外産飼料からの脱却を目指します。
2. Smart livestock farming
深刻な後継者問題を視野に入れ、スマート畜産に取り組んでおります。現在は大手2社とAIセンサーを用いた実証実験に取り組んでおります。
3. Brand Building
サステナブルブランドとして2022年より販売開始。ナチュール和牛として、100年先も存続するブランド構築を目指します。

Original Wagyu
ナチュール和牛 / NATURE WAGYU
Eda Wagyu started selling in 2022 with the concept of "safe, secure and delicious". In Japan, it is mainly sold in high-end hotels and supermarkets, through hometown tax donations and on its own e-commerce site. Overseas, it is a brand of beef that is gaining popularity mainly in the United States and Hong Kong.

2026! World's first!
ORGANIC WAGYU
Eda Wagyu is scheduled to become the world's first organically certified beef in January 2026. This is a black-haired Wagyu beef that is not grass-fed, but is grain-fed using 50% grains, and is also delicious. The breeding environment is also designed with animal welfare in mind, and the cattle are raised in an environment where they can exercise outdoors.
Two main points required for organic certification
POINT. 02
Sports ground facilities
Exercise facilities are a must for organic certification. Rather than raising the cows in a barn, we provide an open-air transport facility so that the cows can exercise every day.
POINT. 01
Feeding organic feed
The animals are fed 50% organic grass and 50% organic grains. The grass is 100% home-grown, produced using a circular agriculture method, and the grains are a unique blend of organic grains, produced and used as original feed.
